Regional HR Director – Philippines

Join a US MNC, they are 2nd largest Business Process Outsourcing Company in the world

Reporting to : HR Director for Asia Pacific, Singapore

Dotted Line : President Asia, Philippines

Salary : USD 15,000 / month + Bonus + Benefits

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direction and leadership to the HR department, including mentoring and grooming of HR team members
  • Experience in Call Center or BPO Industry
  • Experience in managing C&B and Payroll for 10,000 employees
  • You will be expected to drive people centric processes and engage and influence senior stakeholders and spearhead change management initiatives. This is an exciting role, which requires a strong HR business partner and change agent, who is able to effectively engage staff from ground level up to Senior Management and happy to be hands on in order to get things done.
  • Experience in managing 10 HR executives
  • Partner business leaders to understand business needs, and to provide HR advisory solutions
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent management and acquisition, learning and organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, etc.
  • Review and develop HR policies, processes and programmes

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business studies preferred
  • At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with recent years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing and leading a team of HR personnel
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
