Commercial Director – Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the launch of new vertical segments
  • Manage 5-6 direct reports and their teams
  • Be the strategic planner for project scopes and objectives with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure a full spectrum of smooth launch (marketing, operations, sales, and finance)
  • Ensure that service levels are maintained (keep in mind fail rates and delivery times)
  • Measure performance and growth using an appropriate system, tools and techniques (SQL)
  • Develop a detailed project plan with a daily, weekly and/or monthly tracking of the segment
  • Identify creative schemes for the specific market segment
  • Ensure overall smooth operational process
  • Ensure the growth of the segment and work towards a profitable outcome
  • Responsible for planning the strategy and growth of On-boarding, Partner Care and Account Management teams


  • Bachelors degree in business, economics, or related field. Master degree is a plus
  • 5 – 6 years’ experience in project management
  • Proven record of experience in project launches
  • High level of independence, self-confidence, and responsibility
  • Good analytical and data management skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience of working for a delivery company is a big advantage
