Location: Baguio City, Philippines Industry: HR and Consulting Responsibilities:
- Support in reconciliations of account
- Help in processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
- Inputting income or expense entries into the company’s book of accounts
- Support in verifying financial statements, ledgers, and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
- Support in preparing profit and loss accounts sheets
- Preparing VAT return
- Support in preparing the yearly budget
- Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/Accountancy/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in bookkeeping related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven, independent personality
