Position: Operations Director Industry: E-Commerce / Internet Company Location: Manila, PH You will be responsible for the growth and profitability of a company or organization. This role may include expense control, staff management, goods production, and department supervision. This position requires an individual to be extremely organized, have keen attention to detail and the flexibility to work in a highly dynamic working environment. Own day to day operations across all cities including but not limited to:
- Staffing
- Meet company KPI’s
- Manage the scheduling and performance of all team members
- Manage runner/shopper expansion
- Assist in operation change management
- Leading the Encoding Team
- Lead the Customer Service Team
- The Organizations coverage expansion Management
- Work with the tech team to develop solutions to meet the needs of Operations
- Work with accounting to ensure proper reporting/merchant billing
- Operations Governance
- You will be working alongside other departments (technical, accounting, etc)
